COVID - 19
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve put extra measures in place for the safety of you and our staff members. We require all clients to familiarise themselves with the COVID-19 prescreen upon booking your appointment and prior to your arrival at the salon. This will allow BTM Team to provide the best possible and safe experience to our clients and staff members.
Please carefully read the questions below.
1. Are you experiencing a new persistent cough?
2. Are you experiencing shortness of breath, hoarseness, nasal discharge or congestion, sore throat, wheezing or sneezing?
3. Have you been in contact with someone who is showing symptoms of Covid-19, who has been self isolating or who has tested positive in the last 14 Days?
If you or a member of your household has developed any of the above in the last 14 days, please contact us before your appointment so we can obtain further information from you and advise.
Please note upon arrival to the salon you will be asked a prescreening questionnaire and your temperature taking accordingly with a contactless device. This information will be stored confidentially and securely for 21 days.
