Important Salon Information

Please note that late arrival will impact on your treatment time, whilst we will endeavour to perform the full treatment, in some cases this may not be possible.  In the event you are more than 10 minutes late, due to time restraints, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and the original appointment cost shall still apply. 

All appointments require a deposit which is deducted from your treatment cost.  If cancelled/amended within 14 days of appointment NON-REFUNDABLE.  If cancelled/amended outwit 14+ days’ notice FULLY-REFUNDABLE.

Upon booking an appointment you will be required to complete an online consultation form.  If you’re a new client and use the booking system this form will be part of the registration process.  If the appointment is booked via the salon, then you will receive an email link to do this.  All consultation forms need to be completed prior to attending your appointment.

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 48 hours’ notice. You will be charged directly to your registered card for the full cost of your treatment for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice. Non arrival without notice will result in a full charge being made automatically, and all future appointments charged in full upon booking an appointment.

If you reschedule your appointment less than 72 hours prior to your appointment you shall be liable for another deposit.

All Tint, Hybrid Tinting, Lash and Lash Lift services require patch testing at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please pop into the salon to have this quick and simple test. Alternatively book your patch test online.  We will NOT perform any of the mentioned treatments without a recent patch test.

Simply pop into the salon to pick one up or visit today.  All Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

We ask that you silence all mobile phones whilst in the salon. The use of mobile phones at your appointment is likely to impact the end result of your service.

All clients under the age of 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian for the full duration of their appointment.

Here at Beyond Beautie we are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all clients, including those who are under 16 years of age or may be considered vulnerable. To ensure their well-being and safety, we have established the following policy:

  • Age Restrictions Clients under the age of 16 may receive specific beauty treatments only if they meet the minimum age requirements determined for each treatment. These age restrictions are in place to protect the safety and well-being of our younger clients.
  • Parent/Guardian Consent For clients under the age of 16, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required before they can receive any beauty treatment at our salon. This consent form will outline the specific treatment(s) the client will receive. The consent form must be completed and signed by the parent or legal guardian prior to treatments.
  • Accompaniment for Closed Door Treatments For clients under the age of 16, and for clients of any age who are considered vulnerable, a parent or legal guardian must accompany them during any beauty treatments that are conducted in a closed-door room. Closed-door treatments include, but are not limited to, massages, facials, and body treatments.
  • Vulnerable Persons Consideration We recognise that some clients, regardless of age, may have vulnerabilities or special needs that require additional attention and consideration. In such cases, our staff will work with the client and their parent or guardian to ensure a comfortable and safe experience.

We accept bank transfers and cash.  Payment is due in full at the end of your treatment

The prices indicated on our Booking System and Website are shown in Pound Sterling. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but this will be indicated to you at time of booking.

These are extremely important to us, therefore we ask if you can take a few minutes to leave a Google review.  In addition, you will also receive an email after a completed appointment with a service provider asking “How Did We Do”?

You are giving us permission to take & store any before & after pictures, for us to display on Social Media. All Client Record Cards containing personal information is securely protected.

Some of the Treatments we offer require aftercare to ensure long lasting results. Your therapists will ensure you are made aware of these procedures and in some cases provide you with an aftercare information leaflet or offer you an aftercare product. We pride ourselves in the excellent delivering of Treatments, therefore if your dissatisfied and not a 100% happy with the results you have received, then you have 48 hours to contact us directly either by messenger, email or phone and we shall endeavour to rectify the problem. We do not issue Refunds.
